General comments
Drainage is vaak gëindiceerd.
Duur intraveneuze behandeling afhankelijk van beloop (2-6 weken), uitbehandelen met clindamycine per os. Eventueel kan orale of iv clindamycine ook naast de initiële intraveneuze therapie gegeven worden.
