Denk aan tetanusprofylaxe.

Bij Open fracturen: graad III, massieve weke delen schade na de profylaxe tijdens OK doorgaan met therapie

amoxicilline + clavulaanzuur  iv

plus

gentamicine iv volgens TDM en o.b.v. bloedspiegels.

Duur:

• minimaal 72 uur na trauma
• langer geven als weke delen niet adequaat bedekt zijn, dan tot 24 uur na bedekking weke delen door doseren 

 

Bij Bijtwonden post expositie profylaxe met amoxicilline + clavulaanzuur gedurende 5 dagen.
